MindLabs takes only minutes to set up and clean up, making hands-on STEM achievable even in the most time- or space-constrained classrooms. This accessibility is critical at a time when instructional STEM minutes are steadily decreasing nationwide. Teachers feel that squeeze daily, even as they know STEM is where kids build the most essential future-ready skills: problem solving, collaboration, and critical thinking.

Amanda Thompson

Chief Mischief Maker

As a kid, Amanda was always the one convincing friends to join her in building forts, running races, or trying “just one more” wild idea. Now as Chief Mischief Maker, she sparks big dreams at MindLabs and makes sure they actually come to life. Her secret power? Turning serious strategy into playful action. She still believes recess should be a daily requirement for grown-ups.

Christine Mills

Master of Deals & Shenanigans

Christine’s first taste of business was running a neighborhood lemonade stand that mysteriously always sold out. Today, as Master of Deals & Shenanigans, she builds partnerships, solves puzzles, and adds just the right amount of sparkle to every deal. She believes every great brainstorm starts with deep breathing and ends with laughter.

Wesley Virt

Chaos Coordinator

From organizing epic Lego battles as a kid to orchestrating complex projects now, Wesley has always had a knack for taming the whirlwind. As Chaos Coordinator, he keeps MindLabs moving smoothly while juggling a thousand moving pieces. His secret ability? Making order look effortless. Rumor has it he can find a missing sock faster than anyone alive.

Linda Smith

Chief Learning Instigator

Linda grew up asking “why?” so many times that her teachers had to invent new answers. As Chief Learning Instigator, she turns curiosity into fuel for MindLabs, making sure students and educators alike are always inspired to keep exploring. When she’s not inspiring learning, she’s cheering loud enough to be heard all the way from Columbus.

Corey Schimpf

Head of Nerd Stuff

Corey was the kid who couldn’t resist taking things apart just to see how they worked, and sometimes even putting them back together. Now he channels that same curiosity into his work as Head of Nerd Stuff, blending design thinking, AI, and educational research to make learning more human. Give him a pile of messy numbers, and he’ll turn it into a story worth reading.

Code Whisperer

Het once tried to “fix” his family computer at age 15 and accidentally taught himself to code. Now, as Code Whisperer, he builds the behind-the-scenes magic that makes MindLabs come alive. A self-taught game developer, he sees every project as a new level to unlock.

Nadav Schwartz

Wise Web Weaver

Nadav loved school so much that he never really left it, he just made it better. As Wise Web Weaver, he makes sure the MindLabs platform is as fun to use as it is smart. Known for making technology (and people) feel at ease, he somehow manages to turn every teammate into a friend.

AI Adventurer & Data Wrangler

Adonis has always been curious about how things think, especially machines. As our resident AI Adventurer & Data Wrangler, he blends logic and creativity to help MindLabs’ intelligent agents learn smarter every day. He’s proof that data and imagination make a powerful pair.
